I used Yonni to rent out my property and had a great experience from start to finish. Yonni was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the rental market.

Communication was excellent throughout and the property was rented quickly and to a high-quality tenant, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

I would highly recommend Yonni and YRT to anyone looking to rent out their property — a smooth, efficient, and professional service all round.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Yoni to sell my property. His service and advice has been invaluable and he has gone above and beyond to ensure my sale has been as smooth and quick as possible. There's one thing offering a good service, there's another thing when someone works around the clock to achieve the best possible outcome and Yoni has done just that. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for everything Yoni!

Fantastic service using Yonni at YRT. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
In a very tough market, they found a deliverable buyer, negotiated terms professionally and amicably, and helped us navigate the conveyancing without fuss.
Yonni was contactable at all times, even when on holiday with his family.
He was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend him more.
