“Yonni Tahor managed the office which sold my West Hampstead apartment in June 2018.I first met Yonni when I approached his agency in November 2015 for a valuation of my apartment. While it was tempting to go to market at the point I chose not to. Yonni didn’t push me to list and I could see he put my interest at the forefront of his decision making. This compared positively to other agents who seemed only focussed on getting the listing and the potential commission by pushing me to list before I was ready.

I listed with his agency in summer 2017 on a sole agent basis. Yonni and his team worked hard to market/sell my apartment. In a difficult market they were patient, honest and professional with me. A month after listing I saw a property I fell in love with and this made me impatient/needy for a sale. To maximise my chances of success I instructed another estate agent alongside Yonni and his team.
